Artur Ząbczyk from the Silesian University of Technology is in the top three finalists of the international ThinkGoodMobility Challenge. He will now develop his idea associated with energy recovery under the guidance of experts. The competition winner will be announced on May 23.

The competition ThinkGoodMobility Challenge is organized jointly by Goodyear and the think tank ThinkYoung. In the competition, young people present their ideas for solutions in the field of flexible transport systems, autonomous vehicles, intelligent applications and sustainable urban transport management.

70 projects competed in this year\'s edition of the competition. The jury chose the best three projects. Among the authors of the most interesting ideas is also Artur Ząbczyk from the Silesian University of Technology, who presented an energy recovery method. The final three also include: Alfonso Gomez from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Siddhartha Khastgir from the British University of Warwick.

The top three participants will have the opportunity to continue working on their ideas under the guidance of experts in order to best visualize their ideas and turn them into business plans. The ultimate winner will be announced on May 23.

"The Challenge follows the recent \'ThinkGoodMobility Survey,\' where young people across Europe clearly indicated that they don\'t want to be seen as a generation that stood still and are in favour of more eco-friendly and smart safety technologies" - said Carlos Cipollitti, General Director of the Goodyear Innovation Center in Luxembourg.
